Delene heads up the organisation and ensures that the strategic vision of HOPE Africa is encapsulated in the scope of the work of HOPE Africa. She oversees all the projects, budget and liaises with the Bishops, Board of directors and donors alike about the work of HOPE Africa. Delene has created the corporate culture of the organisation and has built the team into the powerhouse it is today. She obtained her Masters degree in Social Policy and Management in June 2008.
